Welcome!
I'm a Denver-based writer, editor, program creator, and career educator. My written works span genres---from children's step-readers and fables to health-related books and articles, to nonfiction/biographies, science, and sci-fi. A unifying thread in my work is the overarching aim to bridge the "otherness" most of us feel at times, to explore the commonalities between and among us which (my best, most optimistic side believes) far outweigh our differences.
Beyond this theme, I also believe in constant self-growth and the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. Towards this end, I've been writing for an international thought leader, creating blogs and emails that inspire. My work with creating curricular materials and educational programs has included work in the health arena as well as in the world culture and history realms.
My dream is to find new avenues for inspiring others to learn, grow, and find magic in the ordinary.
