Elyn Joy is  a Denver-based author, speaker, and career educator.  
​
Last April, she spoke to 2,000 8th grade students, conveying the unique story of her father's harrowing, yet hopeful, journey during the Holocaust.
​
Her latest book, Samuel in the Quantum Field, breaks the norms of typical YA literature by weaving memoir with science, sociology, history, and more. Joy describes it as "a reading journey with built-in hyperlinks!"
